Objective: The Director of Franchise Development will spearhead our franchise expansion efforts, guiding the strategy and execution of franchise sales and development. This role is pivotal in managing the franchise development lifecycle, from lead generation to territory establishment and franchisee onboarding. Responsibilities: Franchise Development: Oversee all aspects of franchise growth, including sales processes, territory development, and franchisee management. Financial Performance: Participate in setting financial targets and achieving budgeted financial results. Lead Generation: Create and execute a cost-effective strategy for franchisee recruitment. Franchisee Support: Foster supportive relationships with franchisees and establish beneficial sales broker partnerships. Sales Strategy: Continuously evaluate and refine sales tactics and messaging to effectively promote the company's value. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to align franchise development with the company’s strategic goals. Requirements: Experience: At least 3 years of leadership in franchise development and 2 years in franchise sales. Knowledge: Familiarity with current franchise sales management practices and tools. Communication: Strong skills in both written and verbal communication. Technical Proficiency: Competent
